Jacob Pinborg

Partner and attorney at Poul Schmith in Denmark who advises on competition law, state aid, telecommunications law, EU law and is a litigator with particular emphasis on those areas; he is also experienced in procurement and contract law and their interaction with competition and state aid rules. He has a right of audience before the Danish Supreme Court and is a member of the Danish Bar and Law Society's Training Committee and of the board of the Danish Competition Law Society.
