Partner at Lenz & Staehelin in Switzerland, Stephan Erni advises on corporate and M&A, real estate, private equity, public tender offers, banking & finance and commercial contracts. He joined Lenz & Staehelin in 2002 and became a partner in 2012, and holds a lic. iur. from the Universities of Zurich and Fribourg (1999) and an LL.M. from the University of Virginia School of Law (2005).
