Partner and Head of Commercial and Contracts at Lenz & Staehelin in Switzerland, David Ledermann advises on commercial contracts, corporate/M&A, private equity and investments. He joined Lenz & Staehelin in 1999 and became a partner in 2007; he holds a lic. iur. from the University of Geneva (1995) and an LL.M. from Duke University School of Law (1999).
