Head of Stibbe’s Environment and Planning practice, focusing on international, European and Belgian environmental law across regulatory matters, climate change, emission rights and renewable energy, EIA, waste and soil, water, air and nature conservation. He also advises on project development, permits, planning and zoning, expropriation and nuclear law, drafts and adapts laws and regulatory texts for public authorities, and handles cases concerning human rights (ECHR), constitutional and general administrative law.
