Sophie Van Besien

Partner at Stibbe in Belgium advising public bodies and private companies on the full spectrum of national and EU competition law and regulatory compliance, including complex international and multi-jurisdictional merger control, cartel and abuse of dominance investigations, state aid and damages claims. She has extensive sector experience and represents clients before national competition authorities, the European Commission, national courts and the European Courts in Luxembourg.
