Partner at Stibbe in Luxembourg, Edouard d'Anterroches advises domestic and international asset managers on the structuring, setup and organisation of regulated and unregulated investment schemes, with a focus on alternative investment structures (private equity, real estate, private debt, infrastructure and impact finance). He also assists family businesses with private wealth management structures and advises investors and fund service providers on due diligence and operational matters relating to AIFMs, depositaries and fund administration.
