Partner at Ughi e Nunziante with more than twenty years' experience in Data Protection, Intellectual Property and Information Technology, advising domestic and international companies on compliance with national and EU law and on protecting and commercializing data and intangible assets. He has represented clients before the Italian Data Protection Authority and judicial authorities, holds CIPP/E certification and was admitted to the Italian bar in 1999, qualifying to practice before the Supreme Court of Cassation and the High Courts since 2018.
