Eva Yazitzoglou is co-founder and Managing Partner (since 2018) of Dr. Helen G. Papaconstantinou and Partners in Greece, with over 45 years’ experience as an Attorney at Law and a European Patent Attorney. She specializes in trademarks, patents and copyright — including IP portfolio management and infringement matters — and has advised major international clients across pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, fashion and food; she is a member of the Athens Bar (since 1974) and is admitted to practice before the Greek Supreme Court and the Council of State.
