Partner at ADVANT Nctm based in Milan, admitted to the Bar of Milan and the New York Bar, with a practice focused on M&A and Private Equity and broad experience in corporate and commercial law. He advises industrial clients and private equity funds on M&A transactions (notably in the tech and infrastructure sectors) and has expertise in commercial contracts, joint ventures and cloud computing; he joined Nctm as Partner in 2024 after more than fifteen years at an international law firm, including a year in New York.
