Counsel at Uría Menéndez’s Lisbon office specializing in public law, including administrative law, public procurement, public contracts and public law litigation. He joined the Lisbon office in 2012, was seconded to Madrid in 2018 and became Counsel in 2024; he advises public and private entities on administrative procedures, regulatory matters and transactions in the energy and natural resources sector.
