Partner in Uría Menéndez's Lisbon office since 2005, advising on capital markets, IPOs and other public offerings, takeovers, structured bonds and other complex securities, M&A, banking and corporate governance. Former in-house counsel at NYSE Euronext Lisbon (1996–1999) and member of the Equity and Fixed Income Committee of BM&F BOVESPA; secretary to the General Assembly of OPEX.
