Counsel at Uría Menéndez in Lisbon, João Louro Costa specialises in public and private law, including administrative and regulatory law, public procurement, project finance, environmental law and litigation. He advises on PPPs and projects in regulated sectors (notably electricity and natural resources), has an extensive public M&A track record since 2013, and was seconded to Slaughter and May in London from September 2015 to March 2016.
