Counsel in Uría Menéndez’s Lisbon real estate and urban planning team, Alexandre Pedral Sampaio joined the firm as a trainee in 2013 and was seconded to the Madrid office in 2019. He focuses on real estate law and real estate M&A, advising on sale and purchase, leasing, development, corporate matters, acquisition finance, refinancing and restructuring, including transactions involving REO and mortgage-backed loan portfolios and hotel-sector companies.
