Alexandre Mota Pinto is a partner at Uría Menéndez in Portugal, focusing on litigation, corporate crime and internal investigations, insolvency and financial distress; he also advises on corporate and commercial law, corporate finance and white-collar crime. He joined Proença de Carvalho in 1996, became a partner there in 2009 and became a partner at Uría Menéndez in 2010 when the firms merged.
