Partner at Uría Menéndez in Lisbon, admitted to the Portuguese Bar, who joined the firm in 2006 and became a partner in 2018. She focuses on corporate law, advising on mergers & acquisitions, corporate governance and shareholder matters, private equity transactions and financing, and has been seconded to the firm's Madrid office (2010) and to Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP in New York (2012–2013).
