Partner at Uría Menéndez in Lisbon, Rita Xavier de Brito focuses on real estate law, advising on the sale, purchase and development of real estate assets (including shopping centres, office buildings, hotels and urban redevelopment projects), and on acquisition finance, refinancing and restructuring matters including transactions involving mortgage-backed loan portfolios; she also has experience in renewable energy projects. She joined Uría Menéndez's Lisbon office as a trainee in 2007 and became partner in 2019.
