Eduardo Bagaría is a member of the Corporate Law Practice Area in Uría Menéndez's Barcelona office who joined the firm in 2004. He has worked in the firm's London office (2007–2010) and was seconded as a foreign associate to Cravath, Swaine & Moore LLP in New York (Sept 2011–June 2012); his practice focuses on M&A, banking, securities and corporate law.
