Partner in the Madrid office of Uría Menéndez (joined 2016), specializing in international arbitration and public international law and having participated in over 60 investment arbitrations as counsel and arbitrator. He was the first National Director of International Affairs and Disputes of Argentina’s Treasury–Attorney General’s Office and is a member of the ICSID Panel of Arbitrators.
