Partner in the Madrid office of Uría Menéndez, David López joined the firm in 2006 and became a partner in 2017. He advises on corporate taxation and international tax matters, including tax planning for restructurings and business combinations, taxation of equity and debt issuances, and tax investigations and disputes.
