Borja Sainz de Aja has been with Uría Menéndez since 1999 and headed its Lima office from November 2002 until September 2004. He specialises in intellectual property, distribution, unfair competition, advertising, data protection and related litigation, and advises on commercial, contractual and regulatory matters in these areas.
