Partner in the Madrid office of Uría Menéndez and member of the firm's Public and Environmental Law practice, having joined the firm in 2003. He focuses on administrative and constitutional litigation and advises on regulatory matters across regulated sectors, including sanctioning proceedings before the CNMV, the Bank of Spain and the Commission for the Prevention of Money Laundering.
