Partner in the Banking & Finance practice at Walder Wyss Ltd. in Zurich who advises banks, asset managers, fund managers, insurance companies and FinTech firms on complex regulatory matters and represents market participants before Swiss regulatory authorities and the SIX Swiss Exchange. He also advises on e‑money and payment services, cryptocurrency and blockchain projects, corporate debt finance, structured finance (including securitisation and covered bonds), leasing (rail and shipping) and note issuance programs, and handles international legal assistance, white‑collar crime and insolvency matters.
