Partner Georg Abusdal Engebretsen specialises in assisting Norwegian and international enterprises and public institutions in compliance and investigations. He has extensive experience and expert knowledge in a wide range of compliance law matters in a number of business sectors , including technology, industry and shipping. Mr. Engebretsen is also an experienced litigator and has, among other things, litigated cases concerning infringement penalties under the Norwegian Competition Act.
