Partner and attorney-at-law at AKD's Brussels office specializing in Belgian and European labour law, with a focus on corporate employment matters including restructurings, individual dismissals, transfers of undertakings, compensation & benefits and employment-law aspects of M&A. He has developed HR-focused data protection expertise, is an experienced litigator before the Belgian Labour Courts, advises clients in financial services, life sciences and consumer goods, and is part of AKD’s Sports & Entertainment team.
