Partner at AKD in Luxembourg with 25 years of experience in tax law, providing international tax solutions for cross-border transactions including private equity, real estate, M&A, financing, fund structuring and joint ventures. He teaches fund taxation and taxation of financial instruments at the University of Luxembourg, is recommended in Who’s Who Legal for Corporate Tax, and is not admitted to the Luxembourg Bar.
