Partner at AKD and attorney-at-law since September 2017, advising multinational companies, SMEs, start-ups and housing associations on tax optimisation for mergers & acquisitions and structuring, employee participation and the Dutch innovation box regime. He also advises on formation and structuring of development companies, assists housing associations with transfers of duties, and regularly teaches courses and workshops.
