Harm Kerstholt is a Partner at AKD in the Netherlands, specialising in the energy sector with over 25 years' experience advising on M&A, joint ventures and renewable energy projects including offshore wind, solar and hydrogen. He advises on acquisitions, divestments and project financings with a focus on ESG integration and Dutch climate objectives, worked in New York from 2016–2019 on cross‑border US–European deals, and graduated from the University of Groningen in 1998.
