Erik Koster

Erik Koster is a partner at AKD in the Netherlands who advises and litigates in corporate law and general contract law, handling both domestic court proceedings and complex arbitration with an international component (including ICC, SCC and NAI). He is described as pragmatic and realistic in dispute resolution, is co-author of the Sdu Commentary on the statutory dispute settlement procedure, and regularly gives guest lectures.
