Partner at AKD specialising in domestic and international tax law, with a focus on tax aspects of cross-border transactions and transaction-driven matters including corporate joint ventures, M&A, real estate, infrastructure, private equity and investment funds. Advises institutional investors on tax aspects of investment structures and serves as secretary of the International Tax Affairs Section of the Dutch Association of Tax Advisers.
