Partner and attorney-at-law at AKD specialising in real estate development, construction law and procurement law. He advises developers, contractors and investors on real estate transactions, the construction of large-scale and area development projects, and on legal actions and arbitrations; he is editor of the 'Vastgoedcontracten' publication (responsible for construction contract standards) and a member of the Construction Lawyers Association and the Dutch Association for Procurement Law.
