Partner at Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo in Italy specialising in employment and labour law, including industrial relations, restructuring, executive contracts and employment litigation. Admitted to the Italian Bar in 1981 with rights of audience before the Italian Supreme Court from 1988; regular contributor to Il Sole 24 Ore, lecturer at Bocconi University and the University of Pavia, and founding member and ex-chairman (2015–2021) of the Italian Employment Lawyers Association (AGI).
