Partner in the Employment and Labour Law department at Toffoletto De Luca Tamajo, specialising in employment law and industrial relations, cross-border matters, international assignments, restructurings, litigation and contracts with commercial agents. Regular author and lecturer, she is Vice President and Italian Board Member of the European Employment Lawyers Association (EELA), Ex-Chair of the IBA’s Diversity and Equality Law Committee (2017–2020), a member of the Ius Laboris Board and Executive Committee, and a professor at Ius Laboris University.
