Ema Mendusic Skugor is Co-Managing Partner at Divjak Topic Bahtijarevic & Krka, heading the firm's corporate law and regulated industries teams and advising large corporate clients on complex transactions. She holds a PhD in Commercial Law (doctoral thesis: "The Provision of Legal Assistance as a Contractual Relationship Between Attorney and Client") and is active in public procurement policy, serving as chair of the Public Procurement Committee at the American Chamber of Commerce in Croatia.
