He has broad experience in energy and natural resources (including M&A, privatizations and development of wind, photovoltaic, nuclear and hydro projects), advises insurance companies on incorporations, licensing, management, mergers and dissolutions, and handles employment matters such as strikes, business transfers, collective dismissals and restructuring plans.
