Founding partner of Landslog – Law Offices (since 1971) advising on corporate, commercial and maritime matters, including M&A and the sale and lease of sea vessels. He holds a cand.jur. from the University of Iceland (1971), additional diplomas from the University of Minnesota and the University of California, Davis, a degree in Business Administration from the University of Iceland, is a certified real-estate and vessel broker, and is a member of the Icelandic Bar Association and a Supreme Court Attorney.
