Senior Partner at Zacco with over 30 years' experience advising on trademarks and designs, and specialist expertise in EU trademark law. He advises major brands on trademark portfolio management, protection and enforcement strategies, and has a strong track record in oppositions and cancellations; he joined Zacco in 2001 and previously served as a trademark responsible in industry and as an examiner (including Head of Unit) at the Swedish Patent Office and OHIM/EUIPO.
