Partner and lawyer at Lexence since 2003, with extensive experience advising investment funds, large and mid-sized companies and shareholder-directors on Dutch and cross-border M&A, restructurings, private equity and venture capital, and on structuring and setting up investment funds. He regularly lectures on mergers and acquisitions.
