Partner in the technology team at Kennedy Van der Laan specializing in IT and data protection law, with experience in IT contracting, outsourcing/cloudsourcing, software licensing and compliance, and resolving complex IT disputes. She publishes on information law, is co-head lecturer of the IT, data & law specialization at Grotius Academie, and serves as an arbitrator at the Foundation for the Settlement of Automation Disputes (SGOA).
