Partner at Kennedy Van der Laan in the Netherlands, he heads the employment and employee participation practice group and is a member of the firm's Executive Committee. His practice covers all aspects of employment law, with a focus on employee participation law, union negotiations and outsourcing, advising employers and works councils and acting for international companies as well as judges and public prosecutors on their legal position.
