Partner in the Labour & Employment practice at Kennedy Van der Laan, where she heads the Employment team. She advises multinational companies on reorganisations, collective and individual dismissals, outsourcing, transfers of undertaking, works council and trade union negotiations, cross-border secondments and sensitive matters such as board appointments/terminations, non-competition disputes and ESG-related employment issues, and regularly speaks and provides training internationally.
