Partner leading the EU & Competition Law group at Kennedy Van der Laan, advising on the full range of EU and Dutch competition law matters including compliance, cooperation agreements and joint ventures, cartels, distribution and merger control. She has particular experience in the financial, healthcare/life sciences and media & technology sectors, runs tailored compliance trainings, assists with dawn raids and regulatory investigations, and represents clients before supervisors (ACM, NZa, European Commission), Dutch courts and European judicial bodies.
