Philip Lea has over 15 years' experience advising on corporate transactions, mergers & acquisitions, shareholders' agreements, joint ventures, private equity, corporate restructuring, corporate governance and general commercial matters; he joined Dillon Eustace in 2018 after seven years with another leading Irish law firm and advises domestic and international corporations, private equity funds and financial institutions with operations in Ireland.
