Partner at SAXINGER Rechtsanwalts GmbH in Austria advising on company law, M&A (including distressed and insolvency-driven acquisitions), banking and financial law, and insolvency/restructuring. He has worked as a lawyer in Wels since 1982, has acted as an insolvency administrator, advises creditors (notably banks) in debt crises, and has lectured on crisis and restructuring management at Kufstein University of Applied Sciences since 2006.
