Shanna Derksen

Managing Partner at Wijn & Stael Advocaten N.V., practising since 2010; she joined the firm in 2016 and became a partner in 2021. She focuses on environmental, administrative and real estate law, represents clients in zoning and enforcement proceedings, advises on environmental permits, is an expert on the Environment and Planning Act and regularly writes and gives seminars; she also has experience in private law and litigation.
