Partner at Joksovic, Stojanovic & Partners who joined the firm in 2013 and specialises in mergers and acquisitions, takeovers, joint ventures, corporate restructurings and foreign investment transactions. He also advises on competition law related to transactional work, real estate development projects (as part of the firm's Montenegrin desk) and represents clients in disputes; since 2017 he has been a contributor to the World Bank – Doing Business project and the World Justice Project.
