Carlo Ginevra is Managing Partner at Mondini Bonora Ginevra Studio Legale in Italy, specialising in intellectual property, competition and commercial litigation. He graduated from Università Cattolica del Sacro Cuore (Milan) in 1997, has been a lawyer since 2000, was admitted to practice before the Court of Cassation in 2013, acts as an arbitrator and teaches on a Master in Intellectual Property Law since 2012.
