Tomislav Popović is Counsel at BDK Advokati AOD in Serbia with 20 years' experience in corporate law, M&A, corporate and international taxation, and insolvency/restructuring. He has worked on transactions in Serbia, Montenegro and Bosnia and Herzegovina and is an active member of the International Fiscal Association and the IBA Taxes Committee, serving as national reporter for Serbia on developments in international taxation.
