Partner at GVZH Advocates in Malta with extensive experience in investment funds, financial services regulation, and banking and finance transactions. He has led numerous financial services licensing projects (including UCITS, hedge funds and AIFs, investment services providers, payment services providers and electronic money institutions) and advises on complex corporate and financing transactions; he also regularly delivers seminars on regulatory aspects of collective investment schemes.
