Partner in the Corporate Department at Byrne Wallace Shields LLP, advising Irish and international clients on corporate and commercial matters including mergers and acquisitions, equity and debt fundraising, corporate restructuring, joint ventures, commercial contracts, company law and corporate governance. Regular public speaker and lecturer for the Law Society of Ireland’s courses on Corporate Law and Governance and Company Secretarial Law and Practice, and has served as legal advisor on Invent DCU’s panel of experts.
