Partner in the corporate department at Byrne Wallace Shields LLP who qualified as a solicitor in January 2004 and joined the firm in 2007. Advises Irish and international clients on a wide range of public and private corporate transactions (including M&A, fundraisings, restructurings and joint ventures), corporate governance and company law compliance, as well as commercial arrangements such as outsourcing agreements; represents clients across clean-tech/renewable energy, technology, life sciences, financial services, insurance, logistics and property sectors.
